Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an Automotive Dealership Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager role is an asset.
  • Sales Background: Strong sales background with a proven record of achievements.
  • Leadership Skills: Leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and business skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Licenses: Valid OMVIC license and Class G Driver's license.
