- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- 5 years or more of experience in sales leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and team player
- Leadership skills
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines. They will also be able to work in a hybrid work environment.
