Responsable Senior, Insights et Engagement - Analyse des personnes

Le Responsable Senior, Insights et Engagement dirigera une équipe pour fournir des analyses aux partenaires RH et commerciaux. L'analyse des personnes implique l'examen des données de la main-d'œuvre pour améliorer les pratiques commerciales. Le candidat retenu collaborera avec les dirigeants RH et la haute direction pour fournir des informations exploitables.

Vos Missions

  • Offrir proactivement des analyses pour relever les défis commerciaux et identifier de nouvelles opportunités grâce à l'analyse des personnes
  • Interagir avec les partenaires commerciaux et traduire les défis pour l'équipe d'analytique afin de trouver des solutions
  • Utiliser une expertise en analytique avancée, science des données et recherche pour aborder les défis commerciaux clés
  • Promouvoir l'utilisation des données de la main-d'œuvre dans les processus décisionnels
  • Maintenir la conformité et les meilleures pratiques en matière d'analyse de la main-d'œuvre
  • Communiquer efficacement sur différentes plateformes et auprès de divers publics

  • Capacité à élaborer des plans à court et à long terme selon les objectifs stratégiques
  • Compréhension du paysage concurrentiel et capacité à tirer parti des opportunités
  • Compétences en collecte d'informations sur les concurrents et le marché
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
  • Connaissance pratique de SQL et Python est un atout
  • Expérience antérieure en RH ou en analyse des personnes est un atout
