Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Taro Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
    • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to track key performance indicators
    • Prepare and present financial results to senior management and stakeholders
  • Business Partnership and Collaboration
    • Act as a liaison between finance and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting
    • Participate in the development of financial plans and budgets
    • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast
  • Process Improvement and Optimization
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
    • Develop and maintain financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Collaborate with IT to implement financial system enhancements and upgrades
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Minimum 3 years of progressive financial experience
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
