We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Strategy Development
- Translate divisional strategies into brand strategies at the category or campaign level.
- Drive strategy through to execution, and serve as a key collaborator with category and operational leaders and counterparts within Loblaw Media, Loblaw Agency, and Loblaw Digital.
- Campaign Planning and Execution
- Align with annual plan objectives, lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for brand and category initiatives.
- Key point of contact for cross-functional counterparts, facilitating development, review, and approval of creative, inclusive of critical path and milestone management.
- Team Leadership
- Manage team performance against marketing portfolio and campaign objectives and important metrics through mentorship and professional development.
- Partnership and Collaboration
- Act as an advisor to category counterparts.
- Collaborate across the Marketing organization and with other key partners to drive standard processes, shared takeaways, and efficiencies.
- Financial Performance
- Accountable for ensuring the marketing budget is managed in accordance with best practices.
- Experience
- 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and campaign execution.
- Skills
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing practices.
- Marketing communication.
- Brand strategy & positioning.
- Developing marketing insights from data & analytics.
- Budget management.
- Project management.
- People management.
