Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy

Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office is seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to lead our social media efforts. As a Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance engagement and growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance engagement and growth across platforms
- Manage social media calendars and publishing schedules leveraging Sprout Social
- Oversee social media tool kits and ad-hoc campaign support for retail store teams
- Analyze performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to drive engagement and conversions
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results through innovative social media strategies
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in social media strategy and performance analysis
- Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, copywriting, and creative problem-solving skills
- Advanced experience with social media management tools like Sprout Social
- 2+ years of experience leading teams and driving business results through innovative social media strategies
