About the Role

The Senior Manager, Business Insights and Strategy will lead a cross-functional team tasked with delivering strategic insights to support business decision-making across the enterprise. This role will be responsible for analyzing workforce and organizational data to provide actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
  • Lead engagement with business partners to translate business challenges into actionable analytics projects.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, data science, and customer research expertise to address high-priority business challenges.
  • Champion the use of workforce data in business decision-making.
  • Maintain compliance and best practices in workforce analysis and application.
  • Communicate effectively across different forums and audiences, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

  • Strong team player with ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, with strong business acumen and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to develop short and long-term plans in line with strategic initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python is an asset.
  • Previous HR or People Analytics experience is an asset.
