Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Kiewit. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all accounting and finance aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate project costs, data reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure internal controls are in place.
  • Business Insights: Provide valuable insights and financial analysis to project and district-level management.
  • Project Management: Manage employee performance, provide coaching, and implement internal controls and oversee financial audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in the organization and build trust and positive relationships with the Operations team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in business administration or finance.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or in a team.
