About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our team at Oldcastle APG. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasts.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including actual vs. forecast, budget, and prior year comparisons.
- Identify trends, track progress, and make recommendations to senior management.
- Lead the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and coordinate requests from the Corporate Office.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Divisional owners and senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 4+ years of FP&A experience in a corporate environment and/or relevant experience in consulting.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Strong financial modeling experience and knowledge of budgeting software and BI tools.
- Travel up to 25%.
