This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 to less than 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct trust account investments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify clients' financial goals and objectives, and develop personalized financial plans.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to optimize financial performance.
  • Analyze clients' financial records to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control.
  • Develop financial plans for clients, including cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning.
  • Make recommendations concerning financial products and investments, and arrange for their sale.
  • Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Investigate possible unethical conduct or breaches of securities or commodity futures law.
  • Variance analysis to ensure financial performance is in line with expectations.
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
