- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to optimize financial performance.
- Analyze clients' financial records to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control.
- Develop financial plans for clients, including cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning.
- Make recommendations concerning financial products and investments, and arrange for their sale.
- Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Investigate possible unethical conduct or breaches of securities or commodity futures law.
- Variance analysis to ensure financial performance is in line with expectations.
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
