Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute sales plans, coordinate events, and implement marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, deliver exceptional service, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Investment Management: Provide investment advice and recommendations aligned with the strategic direction of our lead Investment Advisors.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including investment and wealth planning, to meet clients' needs.
  • Talent Management: Coach and mentor support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or community college diploma.
  • Licensed with IIROC as a Registered Representative (RR).
  • Insurance licensed (LLQP) or willingness to obtain within 1 year.
  • Minimum three years' experience in wealth management or a related field.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of TD's risk appetite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
