Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans for clients, taking into account their goals, objectives, and risk tolerance.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Manage balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and other financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
- Investment and Risk Management: Direct trust account investments, identify clients' financial goals and objectives, and make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze clients' financial records, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control, and investigate possible unethical conduct or breaches of securities or commodity futures law.
- Communication and Client Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their financial needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in accounting software and systems.
