Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Regional Office as a Financial Planning Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasts.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including actual vs. forecast, budget, and prior year comparisons.
- Identify trends, track progress, and make recommendations to senior management.
- Take a leadership role in overseeing the linkages between financial systems of record and budgeting software.
- Assist with and manage various ad-hoc projects to support senior management decisions.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management decisions.
- Manage and coordinate requests from the Corporate Office.
- Responsible for Working Capital and department spending analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 4+ years of FP&A experience in a corporate environment and/or relevant experience in consulting.
- MBA/CPA is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
- Strong financial modeling experience.
- Experience with Budgeting software and BI Tools.
