Position Overview:
At Liberty, we are committed to fostering a culture that values integrity and excellence in serving our clients. We seek a dedicated Analyst to assist senior management in various financial functions including monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes.
2. Prepare and present findings on monthly and quarterly financial outcomes, emphasizing variance analysis and critical financial metrics for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
3. Develop and enhance processes to streamline financial reporting and analysis, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SAC.
4. Lead the integrated forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
5. Collaborate with various departments including Treasury, Tax, and Accounting to synchronize planning assumptions.
6. Extract and manage data within the planning system (SAP Analytical Cloud) and assist in creating reports and dashboards over time.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related fields.
- Strong grasp of corporate finance and accounting principles.
- Relevant financial designations such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are preferred.
- Proven experience in analytical roles such as corporate development or equity research.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Proficiency in financial analysis techniques and tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to financial systems (SAP, HFM, SAC).
