Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Service Specialist to join our growing sales team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for consulting with prospective clients, promoting our resume writing services, and educating them on the benefits of our expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume incoming inquiries and calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • Work closely with new customers to manage the onboarding process, including all registrations and necessary documentation.

Requirements
