Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2246201 AB Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffLead and direct a team of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service and quality control.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Ensure Quality Control and Customer SatisfactionMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Manage Inventory and RecordsOversee the maintenance of accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring efficient inventory management and cost control.
Culinary Knowledge and ExpertisePossess in-depth knowledge of various culinary genres and be able to apply this expertise to drive menu development and culinary innovation.
Tray Assembly and PresentationSupervise and inspect the assembly of trays to ensure presentation meets our high standards.
Requirements- Experience
Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Work SchedulePermanent position, working 40 hours per week.
LanguageFluent in English.
