Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2399562 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffLead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Inventory Management and Quality ControlEstimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring that food and supplies are always available to meet customer demand. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet the highest standards.
Customer Service and Conflict ResolutionAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
Administrative and Record-Keeping TasksMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.

Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
Personal QualitiesClient focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines
