Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for quality and service.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other areas as needed.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet our high standards for quality control, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

A 32-hour workweek is standard for this role.
