Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1572592 Alberta Ltd o/a Wendy's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparers, counter attendants, and kitchen helpers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Standing for extended periods and physically demanding work.
- Personal Qualities
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
- Dependability and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
