Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and maintain efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Lead and Manage Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management and Quality Control

Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.

Customer Service and Relations

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Administrative and Record-Keeping Tasks

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 32 hours per week
