About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at A&S HYDRAULICS. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration
    • Develop and implement office procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Respond to and resolve inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of projects and initiatives.
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to senior staff members as needed.
    • Perform data entry, typing, and proofreading tasks.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment
    • 32 hours per week.
