About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SMB Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. As an SMB Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue and market share in a defined region, meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets, and developing and executing against a regional sales plan.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined region.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute against a regional sales plan.
  • Accelerate customer adoption.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
  • Experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level or equivalent.
