SMB Account Executive LATAM Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SMB Account Executive to join our LATAM team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in LATAM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
- Prospect and qualify new leads, conducting demos and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Collaborate with our product team to stay up-to-date on new product offerings and features, ensuring seamless sales execution.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, as well as customer retention goals.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a proven track record of success in LATAM.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, including BANT qualification and meeting control.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Native Spanish language proficiency, with good command of English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
