About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Digital Magic Touch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, assessing their needs, and recommending our products or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition
    • Identify and solicit potential clients through various channels
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Needs Assessment
    • Assess clients' needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products or services
    • Deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders
    • Represent our company in international markets
    • Conduct sales transactions through various channels
    • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Product Development
    • Provide input into product design to ensure it meets clients' needs
  • Customer Support
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
    • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
