Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our products to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients through research and outreach efforts to expand our customer base.
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services to meet their needs.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
  • Conduct sales transactions and prepare and administer sales contracts.
  • Provide input into product design to ensure that our products meet the needs of our clients.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our products.
  • Advertise and/or promote products through various channels to increase brand awareness.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
