About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Future Gen Communications. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs and resources, and recommending the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the most suitable solutions and services.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Use sales forecasting software to analyze market trends and predict sales performance.
  • Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce platforms.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Resolve product and service-related problems in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of presentation software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Standing for extended periods may be required.
