About the Role

FUTURE GEN COMMUNICATIONS is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs and resources, and recommending the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Assess client needs and resources to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Use sales forecasting software to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce platforms.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients through regular check-ins and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a sales or marketing role.
  • Work setting: Urban area.
  • Computer and technology knowledge: Proficient in presentation software and MS Office.
  • Sales experience: Telecommunications equipment and services.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Personal suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, and team player.
