Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our products to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients by building strong relationships and understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients through research and outreach efforts, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the most suitable solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver sales presentations that showcase the value and features of our products, addressing any questions or concerns the client may have.
  • Conduct sales transactions efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts that meet the client's needs and comply with company policies.
  • Provide input into product design to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and address any issues that may arise.
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our products, highlighting their value and features.
  • Advertise and/or promote products through various channels, including social media and trade shows, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
