About the Role

FIBERCOMM COMMUNICATIONS LTD is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for estimating costs of installing equipment, promoting sales to existing clients, and assessing client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate Costs and Provide Solutions

Estimate costs of installing equipment and provide solutions to clients to meet their needs.

Promote Sales and Build Relationships

Promote sales to existing clients and build strong relationships with them to increase sales and revenue.

Assess Client Needs and Provide Recommendations

Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services that meet their requirements.

Provide Ongoing Support

Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client needs and provide ongoing support to clients after sale.

Resolve Product and Service Related Problems

Resolve product and service related problems and troubleshoot issues related to equipment.

Supervise and Mentor

Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and mentor them to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.

Support for Youths

Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.

Support for Veterans

Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.

Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.

Support for Visible Minorities

Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
