Culinary Operations Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at SN ALBERTA INC., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your leadership will ensure that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities- Develop strategies to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff.
- Train employees on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruit food service personnel.
- Ensure food quality and service standards are upheld.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Compile and submit reports.
- Establish work schedules for staff.
You will oversee a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
Transportation RequirementsHaving your own transportation is necessary.
Physical DemandsThis role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including:
