Culinary Services Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at SN ALBERTA INC., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in food service management.
This role is set within a restaurant environment that demands a fast-paced and dynamic approach to food service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for operational needs.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile and submit operational reports as required.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
