About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join 3M's Consumer Business Group as a Sales Analyst on the Walmart USAC Command team. As a key member of the team, you will work with existing data sets to help the account management team derive insights and develop strategies that grow the business across many exciting 3M brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business decisions
  • Work with the account management team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g. business, data analytics, statistics)
  • Four (4) combined years of experience with data analysis, summarizing results, and/or delivering recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PowerBI, including pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups, formatting, and data manipulation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Seven (7) combined years of experience with data analysis, summarizing results, and/or delivering recommendations
  • Experience in retail Modular Planning, Line Review Analysis, and Promotional Analysis
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data from syndicated sources such as POS data, Luminate, IRI, Nielsen Panel Data, NPD, Spectra
  • Project management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
