We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Corporate IT CRM Team at Trudell Medical Limited. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams in all divisional locations.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Business Processes: Analyze and identify areas for improvement in current enterprise finance processes.
- Elicit and Document Business Requirements: Gather and document business requirements focused on business needs.
- Facilitate Requirements and Solution Validation: Ensure project deliverables meet key business needs through requirements and solution validation activities.
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE Processes: Document current and future processes and solutions.
- Evaluate Solution Options: Assess solution options for suitability to business needs and Trudell's technical environment.
- Liaise with Technical Team Members: Collaborate with technical team members during solution design and execution activities.
- Lead Acceptance Testing: Execute acceptance testing activities.
- Contribute to Value Focus and Execution: Contribute to the ongoing maturation and evolution of Trudell Medical Limited's value focus and execution.
- Develop Enterprise Data Strategy: Participate in developing an enterprise data strategy for CX/CRM-related data.
- Gather and Normalize Data Sets: Gather, cleanse, and normalize data sets required for CX/CRM implementation.
- Work with Business Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key metrics and reports required for successful operation of business outcomes.
- Deploy KPIs and Reports: Work with BAs/system integrations/data resources to ensure KPIs, reports/data tools are deployed and available in a timely manner.
- Train End Users: Train end users for both process changes and system changes.
- Ensure Clear Communications: Ensure clear and concise communications with both internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Communicate Insights: Communicate insights into organizational needs and activities to IT and business team members.
- Report on Project Dependencies: Report on project and task dependencies, status, and progress.
- Ensure Documentation: Ensure documentation is completed for designated solutions.
- Stay Abreast of Trends: Remain abreast of trends and changes tied to the profession and business.
