Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our advisors, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, working closely with our advisors to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to advisor inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our sales team to share best practices, ideas, and market insights, driving business growth and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and product offerings, applying this knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English.
- LLQP designation preferred (or in process).
- College or University degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business results.
