Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Performance Consultant to join our growing team. This role will focus on partnering with restaurant owners and managers in the Eastern Canada region to drive operational excellence, financial success, and brand adherence.

As a Franchise Performance Consultant, you will play a vital role in analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with franchisees to implement effective solutions. Your expertise in business management, finance, and customer service will be instrumental in helping our franchise partners achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to restaurant owners and managers across various aspects of their operations, including financial performance, team development, customer satisfaction, and brand standards.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of operational reports and audits, identifying trends and recommending actionable insights to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to develop and implement customized strategies for improving financial results, operational effectiveness, and customer experience.
  • Monitor the implementation of new initiatives and programs, ensuring successful adoption and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our franchise partners, fostering strong relationships built on collaboration and mutual success.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in operational management within the fast-food or retail industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of P&L management principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
