Career Opportunity – Bilingual Senior Consultant | Leadership & Team Development

At Humance | Culture & Performance, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Leadership and Team Development division, you will play a vital role in driving performance through meaningful culture.

**Job Summary:**

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in management, consulting, and advisory services. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals and develop their teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise a team of consultants and freelancers, optimizing operations and carrying out client mandates
* Develop content for training sessions, leadership development paths, and custom workshops
* Facilitate training and co-development sessions, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders
* Research and analyze new trends and tools in adult education, creativity techniques, and the innovation process
* Meet with potential clients, draft business proposals, and follow up on projects
* Coordinate large-scale projects and draft RFPs

**Requirements:**

* University degree in organizational development, management, organizational psychology, communications, education sciences, or a related field
* Minimum of five years of experience in management, consulting, advisory services, or human resources
* Bilingualism (English and French) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to facilitate group training sessions and design leadership development paths and workshops
