Regional Sales Director Role

The Regional Sales Director is a key member of the Oliver & Bonacini team, responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of event sales professionals. This role requires a unique blend of sales and people management skills, with a focus on financial planning and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of event sales specialists to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Develop and execute an aggressive sales strategy for existing clients and annual sales targets
  • Work closely with HR and other team members to support hiring and training for assigned business units
  • Act as a liaison between event specialists and operating departments to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Monitor guest reactions and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and exceed guest satisfaction expectations
Requirements:
  • Three to five years of event sales experience with a proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Advanced written and spoken French language skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, coach on selling to maximize revenue, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • College or University graduate in a hospitality-related program
  • Knowledge of menu development and event planning
