Position Overview

As an Agile Project Leader, you will facilitate cross-functional initiatives to achieve goals within specified timelines and budgets. Your role will involve guiding the Scrum team in the daily application of Agile methodologies for significant projects. You will uphold the principles and values of Agile, fostering stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery while promoting the self-organization of the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Agile process and assisting the Scrum team in the effective implementation of Agile methodologies for key projects.
  • Ensuring the Scrum team operates efficiently, remains productive, and is well-organized. You will oversee the appropriate use of Agile practices and tools, ensuring adherence to Agile values while establishing and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Maintaining transparency regarding work progress and addressing any issues raised by the team promptly.
  • Ensuring alignment between sprint backlog tasks and commitments made regarding the product backlog.
  • Supporting the product owner in maximizing return on investment, achieving objectives, and managing the product backlog effectively.
  • Overseeing quality assurance for product backlog items and meetings, including sprint planning, maintenance, estimation sessions, and sprint reviews.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of four years of pertinent experience.
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Proficiency in French is required.
  • Advanced intermediate proficiency in English due to the nature of the responsibilities and interactions with English-speaking stakeholders.
