Qualifications:

  • Genuine passion for fostering agility, excellence in delivery, project management, and ongoing improvement
  • Expertise in agile theories, the role of a Scrum Master, and project/product management
  • Capability to influence teams in managing backlogs
  • Experience collaborating with both local and international teams
  • Adept at managing multiple teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
  • Energetic, self-sufficient, emotionally intelligent, with strong professional judgment, prioritization skills, and analytical and communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in IT management or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of IT experience, with several years in an agile setting
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including leadership roles
  • Notable accomplishments as a Scrum Master in agile methodologies
  • Experience in ERP management (e.g., SAP) is essential
  • Advanced skills in Jira and Microsoft Office; knowledge of ServiceNow is beneficial
  • Training in continuous improvement, process documentation, or equivalent experience is crucial
  • Project management experience is advantageous
  • Essential certifications in agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with the energy sector is a significant asset
  • Fluency in French; English proficiency is an asset

Contract Type:
12-month contract with potential for renewal.
