Qualifications:

  • Genuine passion for promoting agility, excellence in delivery, project management, and continuous improvement
  • Strong understanding of agile principles, the role of a Scrum Master, and project/product management
  • Capability to influence teams in managing their backlogs
  • Experience collaborating with both local and international teams
  • Adept at managing multiple teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
  • Attributes such as dynamism, autonomy, emotional intelligence, professional judgment, prioritization skills, along with strong analytical and communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in IT management or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of IT experience, with a significant portion in an agile setting
  • A minimum of 7 years in a Scrum Master role, showcasing leadership
  • Notable accomplishments as a Scrum Master in agile methodologies
  • Experience in ERP management (e.g., SAP) is essential
  • Advanced skills in Jira and Microsoft Office; familiarity with ServiceNow is advantageous
  • Training in continuous improvement, process documentation, or similar experience is vital
  • Project management experience is beneficial
  • Essential certifications in agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of the energy sector is a considerable advantage
  • Fluency in French is required; English proficiency is an asset

Contract Type:
12-month contract with potential for extension.
