Position Overview
As an Agile Project Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in executing cross-functional initiatives to achieve project goals within established timelines and budgets. Your primary responsibility will be to guide the Scrum team in the daily application of Agile methodologies for significant projects. You will uphold the core values and principles of Agile, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged in the project delivery process while promoting self-organization within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the leader of the Agile process, assisting the Scrum team in effectively implementing Agile practices for major initiatives.
- Ensure the Scrum team operates efficiently, maintaining high productivity and organization while adhering to Agile principles. You will establish and track performance metrics.
- Provide transparency regarding work progress and address any issues raised by team members promptly.
- Maintain alignment between sprint backlog tasks and the commitments made regarding the product backlog.
- Support the product owner in maximizing return on investment, achieving project objectives, and managing the product backlog effectively.
- Oversee quality assurance for the product backlog and facilitate key meetings, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
