Key Responsibilities – Scrum Master
- Guide Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies for teams delivering IT solutions;
- Assist in organizing the product backlog to enhance workflow and ensure alignment with delivery teams;
- Identify and resolve challenges that impede business goals;
- Create a supportive atmosphere for collaborative problem-solving within the team;
- Enhance communication and transparency both within the team and with external groups;
- Encourage team members in delivering value iteratively;
- Support Product Owners in managing the product backlog effectively;
- Collaborate closely with Agile Coaches and fellow Scrum Masters to promote Agile methodologies across the organization;

Qualifications – Scrum Master
- Proficient in leadership, facilitation, systemic thinking, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and transparency;
- Able to navigate various organizational levels and contexts;
- At least 3 years of experience in the IT field;
- Relevant background in technology design environments;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile roles as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach;
- Familiarity with Microsoft TFS;
- Experience in the financial sector, ideally within investment;
- Bilingualism is advantageous;
- Empathetic and driven;
- Passionate about fostering a robust team culture;
- Skilled in transforming conflicts into learning opportunities;
- Organized and proactive in approach;
- Attentive to the needs of the team.
