Position Overview: As an Agile Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in executing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget. Your expertise will guide the Scrum team in adopting and utilizing Agile methodologies effectively for significant projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation of Agile practices within the Scrum team for major initiatives.
- Assemble and support the Scrum team, leading meetings to clarify roles and responsibilities for all involved.
- Ensure the Scrum team operates efficiently, maintaining organization and productivity while adhering to Agile principles.
- Provide transparency regarding project progress and address any challenges raised by team members.
- Align sprint backlog tasks with the commitments made concerning the product backlog's functionality.
- Assist the product owner in maximizing investment returns, achieving objectives, and managing the product backlog effectively.
- Oversee quality assurance for the product backlog and various Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews.
