Position Overview

As an Agile Project Facilitator, you will be instrumental in executing cross-functional initiatives to achieve goals efficiently and within budget. Your role will involve guiding the Scrum team in the daily application of Agile methodologies for significant projects. You will uphold the core values and principles of Agile, ensuring stakeholder engagement to facilitate planned project deliveries while promoting team self-organization.

Your ability to mitigate obstacles will be crucial in shielding the team from disruptive external influences. In this capacity, you will take on a leadership role in Agile delivery, collaborating with various stakeholders on projects that demand innovative, strategic, and complex insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the leader of the Agile process, assisting the Scrum team in the effective implementation of Agile methodologies for key projects.
  • Ensure the Scrum team operates efficiently, maintaining organization and productivity while adhering to Agile principles. Establish and track performance metrics.
  • Provide transparency regarding work progress and address any issues raised by the team.
  • Maintain alignment between sprint backlog tasks and commitments related to the product backlog.
  • Support the product owner in maximizing return on investment, achieving objectives, and managing the product backlog effectively.
  • Oversee quality assurance for the product backlog and meetings, including sprint planning, maintenance, estimation sessions, and sprint reviews.
