Office Coordinator

Solutions Expert Inc. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative processes and supporting our team in various tasks.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
The successful candidate must be willing to relocate and work in a dynamic office setting.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Establish and maintain office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Manage telephone communications and relay messages accurately.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Order office supplies and oversee inventory management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in:
- MS Excel
- MS Windows
- MS Word
- MS Office Suite
Experience in handling:
- Reports and records management
- Financial statements
- Invoice processing
- Financial incentives such as bonuses and commissions may be available.
- Employment Duration: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
