Wage: $18.50 per hour
Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience Requirement: 7 months to 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement work schedules to meet operational needs.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Forecast and procure necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure adherence to food service standards and quality control measures.
- Prepare financial budgets and cost assessments.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile and submit operational reports.
- Prepare food order summaries for the culinary team.
- Possess knowledge of the establishment's culinary specialties.
- Supervise the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food carts.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong client focus, effective interpersonal skills, excellent verbal communication, adaptability, organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Work EnvironmentThis role is set in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to handle heavy loads and engage in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Attention to detail and the capacity to stand for extended periods are essential.
