Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at 2098931 Alberta Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
  • Delivery Oversight: Supervise and verify the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the food service team.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in food service.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: Expected to work between 30 to 35 hours per week.
