Are you passionate about cooking and eager to be part of a dynamic kitchen environment? At Original Joe's Franchise Group Inc., we are currently seeking dedicated Line Cooks to join our vibrant team.

Position Overview: As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, preparing delicious meals that our guests love to share with their friends and family. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy working collaboratively with others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently prepare and fill orders according to established guidelines.
  • Operate various kitchen equipment while adhering to cooking standards for each dish.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including any changes and food preparation methods.
  • Proactively prepare ingredients, garnishes, and sauces, ensuring the kitchen line is well-stocked.
  • Address any concerns regarding food quality or preparation in a timely manner.
  • Prepare items based on guest requests while being mindful of allergy policies.
  • Process raw ingredients and ensure proper food storage and handling practices.
  • Follow recipes and instructions accurately to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional service and presentation of food to our guests.
  • Collaborate with the Chef and Sous Chef, adhering to kitchen protocols and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of Secondary (High) School is preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a cooking role is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
