Key Responsibilities- Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Inventory Management: Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Team Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Staff Training: Educate team members on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Tray Assembly Oversight: Supervise and verify the assembly of food trays.
- Delivery Coordination: Ensure the proper delivery of food trolleys.
- Work Schedule Establishment: Create and manage work schedules for staff.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
Work EnvironmentThis position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
