About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Nerval Corporation. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Performance: Assign sales workers to duties, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, excellent oral communication, organized, reliable, and a team player.
